FOUNDER AND CEO
Ian Galbraith, the founder and CEO of Lochland Partners, and a seasoned executive known for his deep expertise in navigating the unique challenges of family businesses. With a rich background in executive roles, Ian's leadership at Lochland Partners is characterized by a keen understanding of the intricate dynamics that shape these organizations. Before launching Lochland Partners, Ian held a key senior executive position at Foxworth-Galbraith Lumber Company, a storied institution in the building materials sector with a 121-year legacy. During his tenure, Ian was instrumental in driving the company's success, collaborating closely with major clients, leading operational divisions, and providing strategic direction as a board member.

BRAD CUMMINGS
FOUNDER AND CEO
Brad Cummings has 22 years of experience providing professional accounting and finance services to clients within the middle market. His clients include distribution and manufacturing companies with annual revenues ranging from $20M to $900M. Brad’s clients are private equity and family office backed and positioned for scale and growth.
His specialties include working with clients to provide value added advice, improvements to accounting and reporting, complex debt and equity accounting, mergers and acquisitions, purchase accounting, and implementation of accounting changes.
In addition to his professional accounting background, Brad is a former Infantry Officer in the United States Army and a graduate of the US Army Ranger School, the Army’s premier leadership school.
Brad holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi. He is a licensed certified public accountant, and he is an active community leader, serving on various nonprofit boards.
